Millet Project

Our passion project to brew with local, raw, indigenous grains such as bajra and jowar.
A refreshing farmhouse ale that's crisp, dry & golden with fruity and spicy characters along with subtle malt sweetness. Brewed with 36% raw, unmalted bajra.
A dry-hopped & extremely dry ale that's brewed with Bajra grown on the drylands of the state. Crisp & clear, brewed with Centennial hops.
Light golden appearance. A tinge of citrusy and spicy flavours coming from the yeast. Finishes with an undertone of honey-like sweetness.
A crisp, clean & light ale brewed for the first time with a major dose of raw, organic and locally sourced bajra.
A proper New England IPA, overdosed with mosaic, centennial and simcoe, and thus is oozing with mango, pineapple and other delicious tropical fruit flavours.
A crisp, clean & light ale brewed for the first time with a major dose of raw, organic and locally sourced bajra.
